ECB Statement Timing?

Everybody’s talking of the importance of Tursday’s ECB statement but I couldn’t find any time schedule for the statement. Does anybody here knows if it will be pre-US markets as the gap could then be huge at the open on Thursday?

Thank you PdP. That’s 1 hour before US markets open so the risk of big up or down gap will be real for overnight positions. Typically a situation where risk-management cannot be insured with a stop loss…
