We are now close to the neutral MF level on the PM sector, but you might note that the US gold miners are at 0 (while Silver miners are stronger). This tells us that the silver sector is stronger and probably getting stronger.
You might look at both PAAS and SLW.
On the gold miners sector, AEM is pulling back down to support with large players moving in, while ABX is also close to its 50/200MA. In the past, these levels have not been good guides. Hence, we might expect that ABX would lead the sector lower with a bounce at a support just after a flush down.
