The Homebuilders have an interesting MF chart. But it looks as though one or two of the constituents are pulling down the whole?

I have been watching this sector to see if housing will be a tail wind for the economy this year; the MF chart doesn't look too promising.

Hi Adam,


As a matter of fact, the housing sector is doing OK (XHB.) This sector includes home builders, but also construction products, home appliances, home furnishing, etc.

The home builders themselves are lagging in terms of MF, due to LEN/PHM. There must be something specific around these two companies.
