I opened a long IBB this morning and also opened a buy order on PAY on a pull-back to the 50MA.
The first hour has been very impressive with rotation between safe and risk areas. See the MF out of XLU and back into XLK. Keep in mind that the market is quick to take with the left hand what its right hand gave you.
