Cumulative Tick

The 20DMF is basically "flat" today.
What I find strange is that the Minute based Cumulative Tick is very negative and has been so even during the reversal of Friday. I wonder why we have such a pattern...

You are right indeed to be cautious.
The 20DMF RT system itself is not allowed to turn to a buy mode while the Cumulative Tick is negative.
