The short signal that is about to be issued probably at the low of the day is weak.
The sector is much oversold and hence it is not advised to take this short trade.

It is much better to short the general market for now, while keeping a long SRS position (A bet on higher real-estate interest rates).

I believe that this is a good entry point, especially with the short position in the general markets.
