We had a confirmed short signal.
Do not hesitate to short weak bounces.
You might also wait for tomorrow as we should have a bounce after a two-days pull-back.

I took short positions in GRMN and KMP.
KMP is a pipe-line company. Its revenue depend on the oil flow (decreasing if the economy slows down) and costs of the new infrastructure are linked to interest rates.

Even if the 20DMF EOD reversed back above its short limit and hence is staying in cash, the RT system will open in a short mode. The short position will be closed if we cross above the 0.11% level.

We will soon add to this section an automatic stock picking system that is based on a combination of a reversal to the mean method such as the EV method and a trend following method such as the stage analysis method or the price/sector relative strength method.
