The selling started just after the first results from the Italian elections.
This shows that the market is on tiny ice: the Italian election adds a little uncertainty regarding the control of European technocrats. Should markets "plunge" on that base? Or are the markets now simply prone to move down on any slightly negative news because they are simply too expensive?
Finally, should we expect at late afternoon bounce with a Fed reversal tomorrow?
