We got an "air pocket" on all ETFs (XLB, XLF, XLB and the 20DMF MF). This is enough to exit the long trades entered earlier

What about the inversed ETFs? Do they have to be above 4% today?

The rule is correct: a close below -0.11% OR the inversed ETFs above 4% (Will not happen, because we are too far from that point). This rule applies when the 20DMF is in neutral.

When the 20DMF is in a Buy mode, then a short must be confirmed by the inversed ETFs. (AND instead of OR on the above rule).
