The market was little changed all day and the major averages finished off their lows but about flat on the day. The New York averages were up slightly and the Nasd averages down a bit. Volume came in extremely light and was about the lowest of the year. This may have been caused by traders waiting for the Fed announcement tomorrow. Leading stocks held up well with the leaders index rising .14%, also on very low volume. It's RS line made another new high. The market continues to hold up well after last weeks early decline and as long as the major averages and leading don't break down the long side will remain the place to be. Jerry
