I have the Tradestation plug in for Effective Volume and it works well however one must use a 1 minute chart and so it takes a lot of scrolling to review 20 or 40 days. Alas I saw Mike Scott's ESignal plug in for Effective Volume and the effective volume displays beautifully on a daily chart.
Therefore I added code to plot the daily effective volume at the end of the minute chart. Seems to work well. Will test and report back.
