The market continued it's recent pattern of opening lower and then rallying during the day to finish near the highs of the day. This is generally constructive action. Volume was mixed, slightly higher on the NYSE and slightly lower on the Nasd. While some stocks are acting a bit better there have been few if any real strong gainers and the leaders index was flat today on higher volume. This is stalling action. The market is slowly grinding higher and has acted better recently, but it is hard to get to excited about the current rally. Jerry
