Note: One change I've made is in the way that the "SPX Stretch from Mean" and "BSI Stretch from Mean" columns are displayed. The change is straightforward and, as mentioned before, I will discuss these columns a bit in the future when one or more of them reaches an extreme that may be worth considering.
