Small caps

Today, I was ready to short the small caps on a bounce to resistance, but the Cumulative Tick looks very strong during the bounce. On the other hand, the 20DMF tells us that large players are not buying the bounce. Hence, the bounce could be fuelled by ETFs (buying the dip type of move).
